Start-up in scale up mode, SAAS platform offering geospatial imagery. HQ in the Lausanne region, employing approximately 50 staff.
Position:
Reporting to the CEO and part of the leadership team, the Sales Director will be managing a team of Sales staff (based in USA, Netherland, Rumania, France and Switzerland). The function is responsible for not only coaching and developing the sales team to ensure targets are achieved, but also to document sales processes, design a sales playbook, create a sales pipeline, in order to ensure the future growth of the sales function.
