Ihr Aufgabenbereich

  • Unterstützung der Anwender entsprechend den IT-Vorgaben
  • Störungsannahme und Fehleranalyse
  • Problemlösung und Störungsbeseitigung im Hard- und Softwarebereich
  • Installation und Administration von Windows-Clients
  • Mitarbeit in lokalen und globalen IT-Projekten als Projektleiter oder Teilprojektleiter
  • Aufbau, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Windows-Serverdiensten (Active Directory, SQL, Citrix, Veeam und weitere Services)
  • Mitgestalten der Cloud-Transformation

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Lehre als Informatiker / in Richtung Systemtechnik
  • Höhere Ausbildung (Informatiker) auf Stufe Höhere Fachschule oder Fachhochschule ist von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Informatik / Systemtechnik
  • Erfahrung im Führen/Mitarbeiten in IT-Projekten
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich aktueller Microsoft-Server und Clientbetriebssystemen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Support und Operations von IT-Systemen
  • Deutsch (Muttersprache) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
