We seek 3-6 Senior System Engineers (project Leaders) to work in - Basel, OR Olten Region, CH

Permanent positions. We seek "project Leaders" so candidates who can lead a project, guide the customer, manage a small team of 3 people and their time, the work, and successful projects.

This is a Microsoft house so required skills / experience:

Your Responsibilities

Active participation in the team (project implementation in the Zurich region)
Supporting and further developing our customers
Installing and maintaining IT solutions based on the following technologies: Microsoft Windows (Server/Client), Microsoft 365, VDI systems (Citrix/Horizon/RDS), and Sophos Firewall
Designing solutions and supporting our sales team
Customer account responsibility

Your Profile

Several years of experience in system engineering
Strong focus on achieving targets
Analytical skills
Expertise in our core technologies

High level of self-organization

Standort: Basel oder Olten Region, Schweiz Sprachanforderungen: Fließend in Deutsch (Muttersprache) mit guten Englischkenntnissen Arbeitsweise: Hybrid (2-3 Tage im Büro oder beim Kunden vor Ort, Homeoffice möglich) Hauptverantwortlichkeiten: - Leitung und Management von IT-Projekten, von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung (einschließlich Kundenkommunikation und Teamführung). - Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender IT-Lösungen und Dienstleistungen für Kunden mit Fokus auf Microsoft-Technologien. - Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Lösungen (einschließlich Microsoft Windows Server/Client, Microsoft 365, VDI-Systeme und Sophos Firewall). - Entwurf technischer Lösungen und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam zur Erstellung von Lösungsvorschlägen für Kunden. - Übernahme der Kundenbetreuung und fungieren als Hauptansprechpartner.
