Vos missions :

 

Gérer les chantiers de A à Z
Assurer les commandes fournisseurs et le cahier des charges
Suivre les chantiers, les devis et la facturation
Faire le lien entre le bureau, les chantiers et les clients
Manager les équipes sur le terrain
Conduire des réunions de chantiers
Superviser l'exécution des travaux

 

Votre profil :

 

Vous possédez idéalement un Brevet fédéral de Chef carreleur, ou vous êtes au bénéfice d'une grande expérience en tant que Technicien carreleur en Suisse

Vous disposez de solides compétences administratives et en suivi de chantier

Organisé.e, rigoureux.se, dynamique ;

Bonnes capacités relationnelles.

Entrepreneurial of mind set, this bank would appeal to a dynamic person who is used to working within an international, fast-paced environment with like-minded freedom and lots of autonomy. The bank's services comprise the full array of banking services to include securities brokerage, investment funds, investment counselling, asset management and estate planning. The credit underwriting lombard team offers a stimulating working environment and the chance to be part of a collegial, close-knit team. Position: Do you have confirmed credit lombard and underwriting experience at a senior level? Are you looking for a new challenge and keen to move to Switzerland if not already based in the country? This could be just the job you've been waiting for as part of a busy, medium-sized team. A hybrid role with 2 days from home per week and a meritocratic working environment, with a certain amount of freedom and entrepreneurship too. Would suit someone used to rolling up sleeves and going the extra mile as well as of a dynamic mindset, comfortable being part of the 2nd line of defense but also a lot of contact with front office + clients. Working closely with the Head of the Credit Structuring of the Lombard team, within a team of around 8 people. Main responsibilities: - Provide support to the Swiss Head of Lombard Credit Risk (based in Geneva) and to Group Credit Head (based in Zurich) - Structuring and assessment of Lombard credit standard and non-standard structured transactions including collateral risk analysis, borrower risk, legal and compliance risk etc - Support senior bankers and Swiss business heads as well as the bank's international business units for any credit related matter to include credit structuring - Ensuring good quality of submissions to the Group Head of Credits and Executive Credit Committee - Managing credit reviews to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and in good quality - Structuring and assessment of Life Insurance Policy financing (ULIP and Wrapper) including legal documentation review - Be part of internal Swiss and International projects for the development and improvement of the credit risk function Profile: - University degree in Finance, Economics, science or similar - Minimum of around 10 years'+ experience in structured Lombard credit, credit risk or structuring - Proven track record as regards national and international financial markets and complex lombard (to include single stock lending etc) - Some knowledge in life Insurance policy financing (risk assessment and documentation) a strong plus - Ability to work independently and under pressure in a dynamic environment - Entrepreneurial spirit and team player - Solution-oriented and pragmatic - Ability to review and analysing corporate documents and financial statements - Knowledge in Murahaba financing a nice to have - Experience with trusts and foundation as as counterparties a plus - Excellent communication skills and comfortable to be in regular contact with clients and bankers in the front office - Eligible for Switzerland work visa, if not already based locally Our Client offers flexible work conditions in this hybrid role with up to 80 days home office per year. Position: Are you an experienced and dynamic senior trust officer looking for a new challenge? The chance to be part of a seasoned boutique with good people and high quality work. Perhaps you are unhappy in your current role, for various reasons, or simply excited by the idea of having a real impact on the business, which is independent. You should be used to handling a complex portfolio of clients with lots of structures and companies behind. As an experienced trustee or senior trust officer, you are comfortable on the client relationship side (a client base or network is not necessary to bring, although is of course welcome). Duties to include but not limited to: - Manage, administer and monitor a varied client portfolio - Work closely with the 2 managing directors and one other senior trust officer for the initial set up of new structures, including opening of accounts, putting in place necessary agreements etc - All work in relation with the portfolio of team clients including the review of complex - Maintain a liaison with clients and their advisers, gathering information regarding their affairs, in order to provide good services and ascertain their needs are fulfilled and structure remains adapted to their evolving needs - Carry out instructions such as arranging transfers and other administrative tasks as requested by clients, promptly and accurately - Structures and the obtaining of legal and tax opinions where required - Maintain good relationship with banks /investment managers on behalf of the clients - Be responsible for collection own client's fee notes - Maintain clear and proper records in a professional manner, including to the database - The occasional drafting of simple trust deeds and trust administration documents (resolutions etc.) as well as agreements- in this regard working regularly with external legal counsel + closely with their UK senior lawyer - Ensure a prompt and professional service is provided to clients and intermediaries - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client entities, ensuring all statutory obligations are complied with - Promote the range of services the Group can provide to existing clients within the portfolio and identify new business opportunities - Adhere to Risk & Associate compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation - Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management Profile: - 6-10 years+ stable experience in trusts administration as well client relationship management - Masters or Bachelor degree as well as STEP qualified a must - Able to run a portfolio and you have UK res non dom experience - Confirmed experience and knowledge of complex trust and corporate structures - Strong client relationship skills essential as well as trust administration - A clear understanding of fiduciary responsibilities - Pro-active, team spirit, well organised - Good communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset - Ability to contribute to and improve the existing work directives and procedures - Strong IT and computer skills - Fluent/bilingual English; some French or other languages a plus Our Client is offering at least 1 day work from home, up to 2 over time as you settle into the position.
