Senior Planner & Allocator
Manpower Ticino is currently recruiting a Senior Planner & Allocator on behalf of a valued client, a fast-growing and dynamic company operating in an evolving market environment. Key Responsibilities Demand Planning - Build demand forecasts using sales data, market insights, and order book inputs. - Develop buy plans considering inventory levels, open orders, and supply constraints. - Partner with Sales to capture opportunities and adapt to market changes. - Identify risks related to stock shortages or excess. Allocation & Inventory Control - Allocate stock across regions, channels, and warehouses in line with commercial priorities. - Monitor key indicators such as stock coverage, sell-through, and order fulfilment. - Flag potential stock imbalances and support corrective actions. - Manage seasonal rebalancing activities to optimise inventory distribution. Supply & Logistics Coordination - Work with sourcing and logistics teams to track deliveries and resolve supply issues. - Manage purchase orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. - Interface with suppliers to monitor performance and address constraints. Analysis & Reporting - Provide regular analysis on sales trends, inventory, and seasonal performance. - Support reporting on KPIs and budget vs. actuals. - Review forecast and buy plan accuracy, identifying improvement areas. Systems & Process - Maintain planning system parameters to ensure data reliability. - Support data alignment with global/regional teams. - Contribute to ongoing process improvements in planning and allocation. Requirements - Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field. - 1?3 years' experience in planning, allocation, or supply chain (retail/fashion is a plus). - Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data. - Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP/planning tools is beneficial. - Fluent English required; Italian is a plus. The ideal candidate is passionate, professional, and able to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Main Responsibilities - Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude. - Provide personalised advice on fashion items, accessories, and beauty products. - Handle cash register operations, payments, and opening/closing procedures. - Maintain product displays, restock items, and follow brand visual guidelines. - Ensure cleanliness, order, and an appealing store environment. - Support stock management, inventory tasks, and back-office activities. - Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets. Area Manager (50–70%) – Profumeria Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Area Manager per supervisionare più punti vendita free shop specializzati in profumi. La figura garantirà standard elevati di servizio, immagine e performance commerciale, supportando i team e assicurando un'esperienza cliente eccellente. Responsabilità principali: - Supervisione operativa dei punti vendita e verifica degli standard. - Monitoraggio KPI (sell-out, rotazione prodotto, conversion rate). - Formazione e supporto ai team su vendita e consulenza fragranze. - Controllo visual merchandising e disponibilità prodotto. - Analisi vendite e implementazione di azioni correttive. - Coordinamento tra HQ e negozi per campagne e lanci. Requisiti: - Esperienza nel ruolo (Area Manager / Store Manager multi-store) nel beauty, profumeria o travel retail. - Ottime capacità organizzative e orientamento al cliente. - Leadership collaborativa e attitudine al problem solving. - Disponibilità a spostamenti regolari. - Ottima conoscenza di tedesco e inglese.
