About the Role: As an Expert in Field Sales for Switzerland and Austria, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and maintaining communication with our client's distributors in these regions (focusing on German and French-speaking areas). Your goal is to ensure distributor success through frequent field visits, calls, and attendance at training sessions and events. Key Responsibilities: - Align field sales initiatives with marketing and merchandise strategies. - Build strong, positive relationships with the Distributor Success team and collaborate with other Sales Experts. - Provide front-line support to distributors, engaging with local leaders to build trust and support sustainable growth. - Maintain communication with distributors to understand trends, identify new sales opportunities, and address support needs. - Share best practices among distributors to promote growth and foster sales activities. - Attend regional seminars, opportunity meetings, and other local trainings as a company ambassador, as well as national and international company meetings. - Create reports using BI tools to provide a comprehensive understanding of distributor businesses and highlight growth opportunities. - Regularly analyze distributor business data to maximize growth and success. - Organize and lead conference calls, meetings, and trainings in the designated region. Who We Are Looking For: - A candidate with a diploma/degree and 5-7 years of field sales/key account management experience, preferably in a multinational FMCG environment with a D2C/B2B approach. - Proven track record of growing business in a sales-led environment. - Excellent analytical and numerate skills. - Strong coaching, persuasion, and influencing skills. - Native-level written and verbal skills in German and French (Italian is a plus). - Highly distributor/customer-focused with a servant leadership style. - Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) with professional-level Excel skills. - Self-starter, motivated, organized, and flexible. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Willingness to work on weekends when required. Unsere Auftraggeberin ist ein unabhängiges, im Raum Luzern und der Region Zürich domiziliertes Ingenieurbüro im Bereich der Gebäudeautomation. Namhafte Kunden schätzen die integralen Konzepte und die hohe Qualität der Dienstleistungen. Zur Ergänzung des Teams suchen wir Sie als Projektleiter Planung Gebäudeautomation (m/w/d) 60-100 % Sie projektieren Gebäudeautomationssysteme unterschiedlicher Grösse und Komplexität, schwerpunktmässig im Zweckbau, und begleiten die Umsetzung über alle Projektphasen: von der Konzepterstellung und Ausarbeitung der Planungsunterlagen über die Submissionierung und Vergabe bis hin zur Begleitung der Ausführungsphase und der erfolgreichen Übergabe an den Auftraggeber. Während der Bewirtschaftungsphase planen und begleiten Sie Energie- und Betriebsoptimierungen. Sie legen dabei ein besonderes Augenmerk auf die Einhaltung der Termine, Kosten und der technischen Vorgaben.  Für diese Aufgabe können wir uns einen Junior oder erfahrenen Fachspezialisten vorstellen.  Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung in der Gebäudetechnik (HLKS), Elektrotechnik oder Automation und bringen Erfahrung in der Projektleitung mit, vorzugsweise in der Gebäudeautomation. Wir können uns auch einen Quereinsteiger aus dem industriellen Umfeld vorstellen oder ein Student in Ausbildung, mit Bereitschaft sich in die Gebäudeautomation einzuarbeiten. This is a great opportunity for a sales-driven individual with a junior profile but some relevant experience in the field.   Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients in the Olten, Lucerne, and Zug areas. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our customer base. - Use your existing network to develop long-term customer partnerships. - Present our products and solutions to potential customers and demonstrate how they meet specific needs. - Work closely with the engineering and project teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. - Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to keep ahead in the market.
