Pour l'une de nos entreprises partenaires spécialisée dans le commerce de gros de produits alimentaires, nous recherchons un(e) Acheteur(se) charcuterie et produits traiteurs en CDI au siège de l'entreprise basé proche de Lausanne, pour rejoindre leur équipe et participer à leur croissance.  En tant qu'acheteur(se), votre rôle est d'assurer la recherche de fournisseurs, de sélectionner les produits et négocier les prix, en respectant les critères des services de vente, basés sur des exigences de qualité, de coût et de délai.  Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :    - Vous gérez la marche des affaires des catégories de produits sous votre responsabilité. - Vous optimisez l'assortiment et la mise en place de promotions afin d'améliorer la rentabilité de votre secteur. - Vous garantissez constamment la recherche de nouveaux produits et de meilleures sources d'achat adaptés aux besoins des consommateurs. - Vous développez un climat de confiance et de partenariat avec les fournisseurs, les secteurs de ventes et les clients. - Vous assurez le suivi d'un/e assistant/e acheteur dans les axes métiers et organisationnels. ​​​​​​Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC d'employé(e) de commerce ou d'un métier de bouche, et vous maîtrisez l'art de la négociation, avec une vision stratégique et un bon esprit d'analyse. Vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience confirmée dans un département Achats produits frais, et vous avez un goût particulier pour la gastronomie, le commerce, les chiffres et vous maîtrisez les outifs informatiques.  Enfin, vous parlez couramment Allemand (niveau C1 minimum)

If you work today as a Senior Relationship Manager farmer and are comfortable on investments, this could be a broad, varied role within a smaller structure. The position is coming in as an experienced relationship manager (farmer).  Day to day, you will maintain the client base as well as advise them on financial products/investment opportunities for their portfolios. As this is a small office, where everyone helps each other.
