Your Role

As Senior IT Service Owner, you will oversee and evolve critical IT services in areas such as:

- Client onboarding
- Periodic KYC reviews
- Fraud detection
- Fund transfer compliance
You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across service design, delivery, and continuous improvement, in alignment with ITIL and regulatory best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve IT services for compliance-related processes (KYC, AML, KYT, etc.)
- Own and maintain the IT service catalogue and supporting documentation
- Coordinate incident, problem, and change management
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across IT and business
- Respond to audits, manage risk assessments, and ensure access control compliance
- Lead service performance monitoring and SLA reporting
- Manage third-party support and maintenance contracts
- Identify and drive service automation and process improvements
What You Bring
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field ? or equivalent banking education
- Proven experience in IT Service Management, ideally in financial services
- Strong knowledge of compliance processes (account opening, KYC, AML, fraud detection, etc.)
- Familiarity with ITIL practices (certification is a plus)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Fluency in English; German and/or French is a strong asset

- Installazione, configurazione e mantenimento di hardware e software aziendali.
- Diagnostica e risoluzione di problemi relativi a PC, stampanti, periferiche e reti.
- Gestione account utente e permessi nei sistemi aziendali (Active Directory, EntraID).
- Gestione degli aggiornamenti Windows ed applicazioni di terze parti.
- Documentazione procedure, soluzioni ai problemi e aggiornamento guide tecniche.

Cosa stiamo cercando:

Your Role

As a Senior Developer specializing in Order Management Systems, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and further developing the institution's global trading system based on FIS Front Arena. You will provide high-level support and services to stakeholders across international offices, ensuring a stable and future-proof platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and enhance the Order Management System (OMS)
- Work closely with business users to optimize services and implement new requirements, including those related to network infrastructure
- Design and develop new integrations, market connections, and features within the Front Arena platform
- Provide technical support and guidance to business users in day-to-day operations
- Drive improvements in system performance, stability, and automation
Your Profile

- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional education in banking or IT
- 3?5 years of hands-on experience with Front Arena (OMNI/AMS)
- In-depth understanding of financial markets and trading systems
