Client A renowned manufacturer in the luxury sector Position Part of the HR Department, this role is varied and requires autonomy and ability to work with little supervision: - Manage the A-Z of the employee life cycle, - be the point of contact for the line managers and employees, - work closely with the HR Business Partners and support them in the implementation of the HR strategy - process optimisation Profile: - 3-5 years experience in a similar position - French mother tongue, fluent English - Holder of a Certificate or Brevet in Human Resources - Good IT skills, knowledge of Success factors a plus - Well organised, able to manage deadlines and priorities - Very customer focused, positive personality
