Pour notre client, nous sommes à la recherche d'un-e secrétaire médical-e à 60% pour une mission temporaire de longue durée. Les missions: - Accueil physique et téléphonique des patients - Traitement des emails - Gestion des rendez-vous - Création et mise à jour des dossiers patients - Gestion administrative courante (courriers, classement...) - Respect strict de la confidentialité et du secret médical Le profil : - Diplôme de secrétaire médicale ou CFC d'employé.e de commerce - Expérience dans le secrétariat médical - Excellente maîtrise du français (oral et écrit) et niveau B2 en anglais impératif - Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques - Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et discrétion - Bon relationnel, empathie et capacité à gérer les priorités - Autonomie et esprit d'équipe Nous attendons impatiemment votre candidature (CV, certificats de travail et diplômes)

One our clients is seeking an experienced Accountant, Full-time permanent position Will be required to be onsite in Nafels, Switzerland Fluent German This client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join the Corporate Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting processes, and contributing to data-driven decision-making across the business. Main responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting, including journal entries, general ledger, and reconciliations - Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely invoicing and payments - Handle VAT, payroll taxes, and other regulatory filings - Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes - Prepare and analyse financial reports, KPIs, and variances - Monitor costs, support budgeting and forecasting activities - Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on financial matters - Contribute to process improvements and finance system enhancements - Skills and requirements: - Diploma in Finance & Accounting (e.g., Swiss Federal Diploma or equivalent HF qualification) - 3–5 years of accounting experience in Switzerland - Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail - Excellent organisational and communication skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems - Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) If you're interested, please share your CV.
