Field Service Engineer – Industrial Machinery & Recycling (M/F) – Central/Southern Netherlands (Fully Remote) Do you want to make a real impact in the recycling industry and contribute to a more sustainable future? As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance and reliability of large-scale industrial recycling installations. You are a key representative of the company in the field, working directly with customers and making a tangible difference every day. - Fully remote – Central/Southern Netherlands - Close to Eindhoven OR Nijmegen - Frequent travel within the region - Daily travel from home base – frequent driving  Your Responsibilities - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex industrial machinery - Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults - Ensure installations are fully operational and performing optimally - Carry out installation, commissioning, and delivery of new equipment - Support the installation of new sorting systems and machines - Provide technical guidance and basic training to customers on equipment use and maintenance - Maintain strong, direct relationships with clients – you are the face of the company on-site Ideal Profile - Proven experience in industrial maintenance (2/3+ years minimum) - Strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic skills - Autonomous, reliable, and comfortable working independently in the field - Willingness to travel extensively and spend significant time on the road - Valid driver's license required - Fluent Dutch (native level) and professional level of English required   What We Offer - Competitive salary based on experience - Fully equipped service van, tools, mobile phone, and laptop - Workwear and personal protective equipment provided - A varied, autonomous role within a fast-growing international company - The chance to work on large, innovative recycling systems contributing to a sustainable future
