An international company specialising in spare parts distribution is entering the Irish market and is looking for a Sales Manager to lead its local development. This is a unique opportunity to build a market from the ground up while being supported by an established European structure.     The Company - Well-established European group with operations in multiple countries - Existing infrastructure: warehouses in Germany and France - Already active in Ireland with ~100 customers - Portfolio of over 18 million products - Lean teams across Europe, entrepreneurial mindset   The Role You will take full ownership of the Irish market, with a strong focus on business development and client relationships.   Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing the commercial strategy in Ireland - Expanding the existing customer base and reactivating inactive accounts - Identifying and securing new business opportunities - Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing - Acting as the key point of contact for Irish clients - Collaborating with European teams (logistics, support, management) - Reporting directly to senior leadership   The Setup - Fully remote position (Ireland-based) - No local entity yet, contract via an Employer of Record - Long-term objective: establish a local company within 1 to 2 years - International exposure with regular interactions with HQ (Germany)   Your Profile - Proven experience in B2B sales or business development - Experience in technical, industrial, or distribution environments is a strong advantage - Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building something from scratch - Autonomous, structured, and results-driven - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Based in Ireland with knowledge of the local market   Why Join? - Real ownership of a market with existing traction - Direct exposure to leadership and strategic decisions - Opportunity to shape and lead the Irish entity mid-term - Strong growth potential within an international structure     Apply Now If you're looking for a role where you can build, own, and scale a market, this is it.
