Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos partenaires, un(e) Responsable Supply Chain. Acteur majeur dans le secteur des équipements industriels, fournissant des technologies et des services avancés à un marché spécifique. Sous la direction directe du Directeur de l'Usine vous aurez pour mission : - Diriger une vaste équipe couvrant tous les départements de la logistique (logistique, service client, exportation et transport, gestion des entrepôts et des stocks) - Suivre les performances, développer les compétences, promouvoir les formations - Définir la stratégie logistique en conformité avec les directives globales et les valeurs de l'entreprise - Élaborer et gérer le budget logistique - Synchroniser les activités et collaborer avec les autres départements pour comprendre les besoins des clients internes et externes et garantir le meilleur niveau de service client - Définir et surveiller les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) du département : performance des fournisseurs, niveau des stocks, disponibilité des pièces de rechange, capacité de production - Mener des initiatives d'optimisation des processus et d'amélioration continue au sein de l'équipe - Piloter des initiatives de résolution de problèmes et élaborer des plans d'action pour améliorer les résultats de l'équipe - Collaborer étroitement avec divers départements (Approvisionnement, Finance, Production, Ventes, ...) en tant qu'interface clé pour l'usine - Participer à des projets multi-sites pour garantir le déploiement des meilleures pratiques au sein du groupe. Votre profil : - Une formation en ingénierie avec une spécialisation en logistique ou équivalent - Une expérience dans un poste similaire, de préférence dans le secteur mécanique - Au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans la logistique - D'excellentes compétences en communication et la capacité à conduire le changement - De solides compétences en gestion avérées - Une expérience de travail dans des environnements multiculturels - De solides connaissances en gestion Lean - Maitrise de SAP - Une maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais. Key Responsibilities will include: - Promote and market our client's products and loss prevention engineering services to a network of broker producers to sustain a steady stream of desirable new business opportunities and a stable portfolio of existing customers. - Research and recommend the appointment of new brokers and establish multiple business contacts within broker firms to maximize opportunities and maintain long term relationships. - Develop/maintain and grow a profitable book of business - Provide excellent and responsive service to our broker and customer base that clearly leverages our strengths as a competitive differential in the marketplace. Your Profile: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or finance, Insurance or risk management certification desirable. - Minimum 5 years underwriting or broker experience within the industry (insurance or brokerage) with exposure to commercial property accounts of varying occupancies and sizes. An engineering background would be a plus. - Understanding of risk identification and assessment, property insurance coverage, forms, financial statements, and business computer applications. - Details oriented, with excellent time management, planning, organization, and analytical skills. - Business oriented with sales/negotiation skills, and problem solving and decision-making mindset. - Pro-active, resilient, motivated, and perseverant. - Good team player and able at the same time to work autonomously demonstrating excellent judgment. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbally and in writing) in English + German OR French, and, if possible Italian. - The role requires frequent travelling in Switzerland and to their office in Paris **** CV must be in English **** Boost you career by joining this amazing company!
