ER Services Sagl ricerca RESPONSABILE MANUTENZIONE per azienda industriale attiva nel settore metalmeccanico, con sede in TICINO.  Il candidato prescelto garantirà la piena efficienza, affidabilità e disponibilità degli impianti produttivi attraverso una gestione strutturata di manutenzione preventiva, predittiva e correttiva, assicurando continuità produttiva, minimizzazione dei guasti e miglioramento continuo delle performance delle linee.  Responsabilità  Gestione e coordinamento del team  • Coordinare circa 10 tecnici manutentori suddivisi su tre turni.  • Gestire 2 Team Leader come riporti diretti.  • Pianificare turni, rotazioni, ferie e formazione del personale.  • Sviluppare competenze meccaniche, elettriche, elettroniche e robotiche nel team.  Manutenzione correttiva – pronto intervento  • Supervisionare il pronto intervento alle linee in caso di guasti.  • Garantire diagnosi rapide ed efficaci (meccanica, elettrica, software, robotica).  • Definire priorità e tempi di risposta alle emergenze.  • Analizzare cause ed evitare guasti ricorrenti.  Manutenzione preventiva e predittiva  • Definire e aggiornare i piani di manutenzione preventiva.  • Monitorare segnali dai macchinari (vibrazioni, temperature, errori software, allarmi PLC).  • Utilizzare logiche predittive per intervenire prima del guasto.  • Monitorare KPI di manutenzione (MTBF, MTTR, disponibilità impianto).  Requisiti  Competenze tecniche richieste  • Meccanica industriale avanzata.  • Elettronica, PLC, HMI e diagnostica software.  • Robotica ABB (preferibile).  • Idraulica e oleodinamica.  Gestione fornitori e ricambi  • Coordinarsi con magazzino e acquisti per disponibilità ricambi.  • Gestire fornitori esterni per manutenzioni specialistiche e riparazioni conto terzi.  • Definire stock minimi e monitorare consumi dei ricambi.  • Gestire contratti e performance fornitori.  Miglioramento impianti  • Identificare opportunità di miglioramento tecnico e di processo.  • Coordinare modifiche piccole e medie agli impianti.  • Collaborare con l'Ufficio Tecnico per upgrade macchinari.  • Supportare progetti di miglioramento continuo.  Coordinamento interfunzionale  • Collaborare con Produzione, Magazzino, Acquisti e Ufficio Tecnico.  • Garantire comunicazione efficace tra reparti.  • Supportare priorità operative delle linee produttive.  • Allinearsi con HSE per sicurezza interventi e normative.  Competenze personali  • Eccellente problem solving tecnico.  • Spiccata capacità di ricerca guasti complessi.  • Leadership operativa e gestione squadra.  • Gestione dello stress e delle priorità.  • Comunicazione chiara con tutti i reparti.  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
