The Product Lifecycle Management provides dedicated capacity to enable launch and lifecycle execution across new market launches, product variations, and supply-readiness activities. The role coordinates cross-functional inputs, maintains launch plans, tracks milestones, risks and deliverables, and prepares concise governance updates for management review. The position works closely with PLCM, Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, S&OP, Manufacturing and Distribution partners to keep execution aligned with approved launch strategies and business priorities. The role is expected to manage ambiguity, escalate constraints early, and document decisions, assumptions and lessons learned to strengthen launch excellence practices. Minimum Experience Requirements - Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain, launch execution, lifecycle management, manufacturing coordination, project management or similar operational roles. - Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical or other regulated environments preferred. - Strong planning, stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills. - Able to reduce complex issues to key decisions and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. - Proficiency with planning, tracking and reporting tools such as Smartsheet, Power BI, Excel, SAP, Oracle or equivalent systems is an asset.
