Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten: - GMP gerechte Reinigung von Kleinteilen und mobilen Anlagenbestandteilen - GMP gerechte Herstellung und Autoklavieren für die Produktion wichtigen Setups ausgehend z.B. von den gereinigten Kleinteilen - Unterstützung bei Prozessnebenaktivitäten, wie z.B. Sample Management oder Reinigungsverifizierungen - GMP-konforme Dokumentation von Arbeitsabläufen - Bedienung und Überwachung von Anlagen Bedienung und elektronische Dokumentation im Manufacturing Execution System (MES) - Beheben von Störungen im Verantwortungsbereich - Mitarbeit bei der Wartung- und Instandhaltung von Anlagen und Geräten - Warenannahme und Abgabe von SAP-chargengeführten Materialien, sowie die im Haltbarkeits-, und Visuelle Kontrolle mit entsprechenden Massnahmen - Zeitgerechte Belieferung und Abreinigung von Materialien für den ISO Bereich gemäss GMP- und MES-Vorgaben - Erstellung und Bereitstellung der Shopping Carts - Abfallentsorgung innerhalb der VS sowie Zusammenarbeit mit der Standort Entsorgung - Bewirtschaftung div.
