Your Profile - Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations or HR Administration role within Switzerland. - Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR administration. - Proven experience managing employment contracts and the complete employee lifecycle. - Solid understanding of Swiss social security and employment regulations. - Demonstrated experience designing, implementing and improving HR processes and procedures. - Fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken. - HR Assistant Certificate and/or HR Specialist certification is considered a strong asset. - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. - Able to work independently, prioritize effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
