Within our Planning team, the Raw Material and Production Planner (m/w/d) plays a key role in securing the supply of Ingredients across multiple production locations. Based in Vernier, you will oversee both finished Ingredients and raw materials for the local manufacturing site, while actively contributing to inventory optimization and service performance. The role reports directly to the Fragrance Ingredients Planning Team Lead. Key responsibilities Finished Ingredients planning You will be accountable for maintaining reliable availability of manufactured Ingredients, supporting both internal demand and external customer requirements. Achieving this requires close coordination with the Scheduling function as well as daily interaction with Production, Quality, Customer Care, Logistics, Global Planning and Procurement. Your scope also covers Ingredients produced outside Switzerland, ensuring uninterrupted supply to the Vernier Compounding site and other Compounding locations worldwide. Working in a make‑to‑stock setup, you may be required to manage product prioritization and allocation decisions in case of supply constraints. Part of the portfolio operates under Vendor Managed Inventory, involving the execution and monitoring of intercompany stock transfers to supply affiliates globally. Raw material planning You will ensure that raw materials are available in line with manufacturing plans, enabling smooth production execution and stability of the supply plan. The material portfolio includes a mix of bulk materials, VMI items, subcontracted supplies and multipack solutions.
