Gestionnaire Clientèle en Assurances - AFA

Vos missions
  • Accueillir et accompagner les clients (rendez-vous, téléphone, e-mail) avec un haut niveau de service.

  • Analyser les besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées (épargne, prévoyance, financement, services bancaires).

  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille : suivi, relances, opportunités, recommandations.

  • Assurer le traitement administratif des dossiers (ouvertures, documents, contrôles, conformité).

  • Collaborer avec les spécialistes internes (placements, prévoyance, crédit) pour apporter la meilleure réponse au client.

  • Appliquer les règles de conformité et garantir la qualité des données dans les outils (CRM, reporting).

Votre profil
  • Expérience en conseil à la clientèle ou service client dans la finance (banque, assurance, prévoyance) : atout.

  • AFA ou formation équivalente

  • Français courant ; allemand et/ou italien : un vrai plus.

  • Sens commercial, excellent relationnel, rigueur et fiabilité.

  • À l‘aise avec les outils informatiques (MS Office, CRM) et les processus.
