Il tuo profilo - Formazione superiore in Ingegneria Gestionale, Logistica, Supply Chain Management o disciplina equivalente. - Esperienza consolidata di almeno 8-10 anni in ruoli di responsabilità nell'ambito della Logistica e della Supply Chain, preferibilmente in contesti produttivi strutturati. - Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di team e organizzazioni complesse. - Solida conoscenza dei processi logistici, di magazzino e distribuzione. - Ottima conoscenza di SAP, preferibilmente SAP S/4HANA e dei moduli LE, EWM e MM. - Buona conoscenza degli strumenti Microsoft Office. - Esperienza in progetti di miglioramento continuo, change management, process management o project management. - Ottime capacità organizzative, analitiche e decisionali, unite a un approccio pragmatico e orientato ai risultati. - Spiccate capacità relazionali e di leadership, con attitudine a valorizzare le persone e a promuovere la collaborazione. - Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e tedesca, sia scritta che parlata.
