In this role, you will be the vital technical bridge connecting internal engineering and operations teams with the global network of contract manufacturing partners. You will take technical ownership of instrument components, subassemblies, and production lines. A primary pillar of your daily work is robust manufacturing process design, architecting, validating, and industrializing stable production processes both internally and across supplier sites. Alongside this focus, you will serve as the Technical Project Lead for Technical Transfers (External to External), leading international technology migrations, second-sourcing ramp-ups, and capacity expansions to ensure long-term supply security and premium product quality.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Manufacturing Process Design & Industrialization (Core Activity)
Process Architecture & Development: Actively design, optimize, and industrialize robust manufacturing and testing processes for instrument components, electronics, and precision assemblies across the external supply base
Process Capability & Validation: Define process validation strategies (IQ/OQ/PQ), design verification protocols, and establish process capability baselines (Cp/Cpk analysis, tolerance studies, and Gage R&R)
Design for Excellence (DfX): Partner closely with R&D during early product development to embed Design for Manufacturing, Assembly, and Testability principles into component designs, preventing manufacturing bottlenecks and driving yield optimization
Process Risk & Mitigation: Lead process failure mode and effects analysis (pFMEA), establish poka-yoke (error-proofing) controls, and drive root-cause investigations to engineer out process vulnerabilities
Lead Technology Transfers: Steer end-to-end technical transfers between external contract manufacturers and suppliers (External-to-External), including production line relocations, tool duplications, and second-source qualifications
Project Governance & Milestones: Establish qualification master plans (QMPs), define project schedules, align critical milestones, and report progress transparently to cross-functional leadership within MSAT and GIN
Cross-Partner Synchronization: Lead technical alignment and change control across originating sites, receiving supplier facilities, Roche Global Sourcing, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs
Technical Supplier Stewardship & Operations Support
Supplier Performance & Monitoring: Monitor supplier process stability, technical KPIs, and component quality trends across the complete instrument lifecycle
Deviation Handling & SCARs: Lead technical problem-solving teams (8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why) for component deviations; resolve Supplier Corrective Action Requests sustainably
Supplier Technical Assessments: Conduct technical evaluations and audits of potential and existing suppliers as part of the formal supplier qualification process
Operations Projects: Steer supplier-side engineering changes (without spec change), capacity expansions, and continuous line stabilization initiatives
Must Haves
A University degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Higher Technical Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
At least 5?6+ years of relevant industry experience in manufacturing process design, technical supplier management, industrialization, or manufacturing engineering, ideally within medical devices, in-vitro diagnostics (IVD), pharmaceuticals, or precision high-tech equipment
Process Design Expertise: Proven hands-on track record in designing, qualifying, and optimizing manufacturing and test processes; strong command of statistical process control (SPC), capability studies (Cpk), measurement systems analysis (MSA), and pFMEA
Technical Project Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in complex technical projects, specifically external-to-external technology transfers, second-sourcing initiatives, or major line ramp-ups; formal PM certification (PMP, IPMA, Agile) is an asset
Manufacturing Technologies: Deep technical understanding of precision manufacturing technologies ( , injection molding, precision mechanics/machining, electronics assembly, automated testing) along with an understanding of production cost drivers and cycle time optimization
Regulatory & Quality Standards: Practical knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP/FDA regulations, process validation frameworks (IQ/OQ/PQ), and formal change management procedures

The successful candidate will join the Biospecimen Acquisition and Management (BAM) team in Rotkreuz. BAM is a service organization that has four teams situated across Europe and North America and that uses global capabilities with local support structures to drive integrated biological specimen solutions that accelerate the Roche Diagnostics strategy.
The Biospecimen Specialist is responsible for the acquisition and/or management of biospecimens and all associated sample/test data in compliance with local regulatory requirements, quality, business, and industry best practices/standards.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, organized, and solution-driven team player with meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, Roche is seeking someone who is committed to ensuring the highest quality, accuracy, and timeliness of biospecimen deliverables. Tasks & Responsibilities
Biospecimen Acquisition & Compliance: Lead end-to-end biospecimen acquisition by gathering requirements, developing Scope of Work, reviewing and negotiating vendor quotes and Material Transfer Agreements, and facilitating purchase requisitions, ensuring strict adherence to quality, compliance, and industry best practices.
Data Management & LIMS Operations: Manage the complete biospecimen data lifecycle, including data transfer, review, transcription, quality/consistency checks, and resolution of discrepancies. Assume accountability for accurate data entry and execution of all data functions within validated Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
Project Oversight & Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively monitor sample acquisition progress, identify and resolve issues, and assume responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of deliverables. Effectively interface with internal and external stakeholders to establish timelines and meet defined project goals.
Documentation & Regulatory Maintenance: Ensure continuous process compliance, including the accurate collection and maintenance of all required legal, regulatory, and ethics documentation according to established BAM procedures.
Must Haves
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent with 1?3 years of relevant experience in sample acquisition, data management, and biobanking; OR Master's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent with relevant experience in sample management, biobanking, or a related field
Demonstrated hands-on experience in biological sample collection, handling, processing, tracking, and biobanking workflows according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Proven track record managing clinical trial operations, protocols, and deliverables from study start-up to completion, adhering to defined project timelines, milestones, and scope
Strong working knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (FDA and/or EMA guidelines), Good Clinical Practice (GCP/ICH-GCP), institutional review boards (IRBs/IECs), and bioethical principles governing clinical research
Solid understanding of data privacy requirements and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) governing patient consent, specimen handling, and clinical data integrity
Professional working proficiency in English (minimum CEFR B2 level or equivalent), with strong written and verbal communication skills for clinical documentation and reporting

Il tuo ruolo
Inserito/a in un team dinamico e strutturato, ti occuperai della gestione autonoma di cantieri civili e commerciali nella regione del Sottoceneri.
Responsabilità principali:

Installazione, posa e montaggio di impianti elettrici civili e industriali

Lettura ed esecuzione del lavoro basata su schemi elettrici e piani di cantiere
-
Tracciatura, posa di canaline, infilaggio cavi e cablaggio di quadri elettrici
-
Ricerca guasti, riparazioni e interventi di manutenzione
-
Collaborazione con il Capocantiere e riscontro sull'avanzamento dei lavori
Il tuo profilo
-
Titolo di studio: Attestato di Capacità Federale (AFC) come Elettricista Montatore / Installatore Elettricista (o titolo estero equivalente con riconoscimento/equipollenza)

Esperienza: Minimo 3 anni di esperienza maturata post-titolo nel settore elettrico in Svizzera

Competenze tecniche: Ottima capacità di lettura degli schemi elettrici e conoscenza delle norme NIBT
-
Autonomia: Capace di lavorare in totale autonomia così come in squadra

Lingua: Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana (la conoscenza del tedesco rappresenta un plus)

Requisiti aggiuntivi: Patente B e automunito/a

Randstad SA ricerca per importante azienda cliente specializzata nel settore serramenti e serramentistica un Posatore di Serramenti Senior da inserire inizialmente tramite agenzia nell'organico aziendale .
Attività principali:

Installazione e posa in opera a regola d'arte di serramenti (PVC, alluminio), porte interne, portoncini blindati e sistemi di oscuramento.

Smontaggio dei vecchi serramenti e preparazione dei fori muro.
-
Interventi di regolazione della ferramenta, collaudo e manutenzione.

Lettura del disegno tecnico e rilievo misure in cantiere.

Utilizzo del furgone e delle attrezzature messi a disposizione dall'azienda.
-
Esperienza consolidata (almeno 3-5 anni) nella posa di serramenti, maturata in autonomia presso cantieri civili o commerciali.

Patente B in corso di validità per la guida dei mezzi aziendali.
-
Ottima manualità, precisione, puntualità e capacità di risoluzione dei problemi in cantiere.
