Responsabilities:
Analyse the current CoI Register process and identify opportunities for automation
Explore and assess solution options for an automated IT workflow, on Flowable or ServiceNow
Gather and document business requirements together with the framework owner
Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into clear functional specifications
Align stakeholders from Compliance, Business and IT on scope, priorities and approach
Prepare recommendations and documentation to support decision-making
Your Profile:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a compliance or regulatory environment
Strong track record in gathering, structuring and documenting business requirements
Technical understanding of IT workflow and process automation solutions
Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken. German is a plus

We are looking for an experienced consultant to support analytics, reporting, and strategic insights related to PrEP, HIV testing, and donor-funded programmes. This role combines technical analysis with stakeholder engagement, helping to develop integrated reporting, analyze programme and procurement data, and produce dashboards, briefings, and actionable insights for decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate integrated donor reporting processes
Analyze PrEP and HIV testing programme data and commodity investments
