La persona entrerà a far parte del team tecnico e sarà coinvolta nello sviluppo e nell‘evoluzione di soluzioni basate su Microsoft Dynamics NAV e Dynamics 365 Business Central, lavorando a stretto contatto con consulenti funzionali e team di supporto.
Il ruolo prevede un‘attività di sviluppo inserita nel più ampio contesto dei progetti realizzati per i clienti, con attenzione sia agli aspetti tecnici sia alla comprensione delle esigenze di business.
Principali attività
Progettare e sviluppare modifiche, personalizzazioni ed estensioni per Microsoft Dynamics NAV e Dynamics 365 Business Central
Analizzare le esigenze del cliente e tradurle in soluzioni tecniche efficaci
Collaborare con i consulenti funzionali e con il team di supporto nella definizione della documentazione di sviluppo e di test
Analizzare e implementare report attraverso differenti strumenti
Integrare le attività di sviluppo all‘interno del ciclo di vita complessivo del progetto
Eseguire test sulle modifiche sviluppate, verificandone correttezza, affidabilità e conformità agli standard definiti
Profilo ricercato
Cerchiamo una persona con una solida esperienza nello sviluppo in ambiente Microsoft Dynamics, capace di lavorare con autonomia ma anche di confrontarsi efficacemente con colleghi e clienti.
Sono richiesti:
Laurea o diploma in ambito informatico
Almeno 5 anni di esperienza come Developer Microsoft Dynamics NAV e/o Dynamics 365 Business Central
Buona conoscenza del linguaggio AL e dello sviluppo tramite Extension
Buone capacità analitiche e di problem solving
Approccio consulenziale e orientamento alle esigenze del cliente
Capacità di lavorare sia in autonomia sia all‘interno di un team
Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Costituiscono un plus
Conoscenza della lingua francese e/o tedesca
Esperienze o competenze maturate anche su altri prodotti e linguaggi di sviluppo

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Risk & Governance Manager to join our client's team and take responsibility for managing the risk portfolio, strengthening security governance, and ensuring compliance across a complex IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Strong experience in risk analysis, assessment, and mitigation within complex IT organisations.
- Sound knowledge of information security, security governance, and compliance.
- Experience managing stakeholders across different teams and organisational units.
- Ability to structure and communicate complex technical and organisational topics.
- Experience preparing reports for management and decision-making bodies.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Very good German and good English skills.
