Principali responsabilità:
Gestire le chiamate inbound fornendo assistenza ai clienti.
Rispondere in modo professionale alle richieste relative a carte di debito e carte di credito.
Supportare i clienti nell‘utilizzo dei servizi digitali, del portale web e dell‘app dedicata.
Garantire un‘elevata qualità del servizio, offrendo consulenze chiare, efficaci e orientate alla soddisfazione del cliente.
Fornire assistenza tempestiva in situazioni delicate, come furto o smarrimento della carta, blocchi e segnalazioni di possibili frodi.
Requisiti richiesti:
Formazione commerciale oppure esperienza professionale in altri ambiti accompagnata da una forte motivazione a lavorare a contatto con la clientela telefonica.
Pregressa esperienza in attività di customer service o call center costituisce un titolo preferenziale.
Ottima padronanza di svizzero tedesco, tedesco, francese e italiano; la conoscenza dell‘inglese rappresenta un plus.
Rapida capacità di apprendimento, precisione operativa e autonomia nella gestione delle attività.
Attitudine positiva, orientamento al cliente, resilienza e capacità di operare efficacemente anche nei momenti di maggiore pressione.
Buona dimestichezza con il pacchetto MS Office, interesse per gli strumenti tecnologici e familiarità con applicazioni e sistemi digitali.

Preparazione di liquidi iniettabili secondo ricetta, Batch Record e procedure operative approvate
Gestione delle materie necessarie al processo, comprese materie prime in forma di polvere, filtri ed altra attrezzatura dedicata
Esecuzione delle attività di pesata, carico, dissoluzione, miscelazione, omogeneizzazione e trasferimento del prodotto, CIP e SIP, lavaggio e sterilizzazione componenti
Conduzione delle apparecchiature di preparazione e lavaggio/sterilizzazione
