Dans le cadre du renforcement de son département bâtiment, le bureau recherche un(e) Chef de projet en génie civil capable de combiner pilotage de projets et calculs statiques, tout en assumant un rôle de référent technique auprès des ingénieurs et dessinateurs plus juniors au sein de l‘équipe.
Rôle & Responsabilités
Piloter et coordonner des projets de construction et de rénovation (bâtiments résidentiels, tertiaires, publics ou industriels).
Réaliser les études et calculs statiques des structures porteuses (béton armé, bois, acier, mixtes) conformément aux normes SIA.
Superviser le suivi technique, la planification et le contrôle financier des projets.
Encadrer, coacher et soutenir les ingénieurs, en veillant à la cohérence technique et à la montée en compétence de l‘équipe.
Jouer un rôle actif dans la coordination avec les architectes, maîtres d‘ouvrage et entreprises partenaires.
Participer à l‘amélioration continue des processus internes et au développement des standards techniques du département.
Profil recherché
Diplôme d‘ingénieur(e) civil(e) EPF, HES ou équivalent reconnu en Suisse.
Expérience confirmée (au moins 5 ans) en calcul de structures et gestion de projets bâtiment en Suisse.
Excellente maîtrise des normes SIA et des logiciels de calcul (Cubus, AxisVM, RFEM, etc.).
Goût pour la transmission de connaissances et aptitude à fédérer une équipe autour d‘objectifs communs.

La risorsa sarà inserita in cantieri di grande rilevanza nel territorio svizzero e si occuperà della conduzione di macchinari ad alta tecnologia impiegati nelle opere di perforazione, stabilizzazione e realizzazione di infrastrutture complesse.
Principali mansioni:
- Conduzione di macchine Jumbo/perforatrici per lavori in galleria, fondazioni profonde e consolidamento dei terreni;
- Utilizzo di attrezzature tecnologicamente avanzate su differenti tipologie di terreno;
- Esecuzione di perforazioni per opere di ingegneria civile, infrastrutturali e opere speciali;
- Monitoraggio e gestione dei sistemi automatizzati della macchina;
- Controllo dei parametri operativi e dei sistemi di sicurezza ad alta automazione;
- Manutenzione ordinaria delle attrezzature e segnalazione di eventuali anomalie;

L'attività si completa iniettando una miscela speciale di cemento nel sottosuolo per rendere meno friabile il terreno.
Principali mansioni:
- Misura le trivellazioni, trasportando e posizionando gli apparecchi e macchinari di riferimento
- Sonda il terreno con piccole trivelle
- Inietta miscele di cemento nel sottosuolo e batte i pali nel terreno.
