Il candidato ideale è un professionista che voglia affrontare lavorazioni complesse, realizzate prevalentemente su piccoli lotti (sempre meno di 50 pezzi), esperto, capace di lavorare in completa autonomia e appassionato di meccanica di precisione. RESPONSABILITA’ • Gestione in autonomia del centro di lavoro CNC 5 assi affidato • Programmazione con CAD – CAM dei particolari da realizzare su centri di lavoro CNC 5 assi • Attrezzaggio della macchina e gestione dell’intero processo produttivo • Ottimizzazione cicli di lavorazione per garantire qualità ed efficienza • Realizzazione componenti complessi rispettando tolleranze molto ristrette REQUISITI • Esperienza di almeno 7 anni nella fresatura CNC di precisione su centri di lavoro • Esperienza nella programmazione CAD-CAM di macchine CNC a 5 assi • Conoscenza del software ESPRIT o HYPERMILL costituirà titolo preferenziale • Attrezzaggio e gestione completa della macchina • Capacità di lavorare in autonomia dalla lettura del disegno al pezzo finito • Precisione, affidabilità, passione e spirito di squadra. Warehouse Commercial & Dispatch Manager Role Purpose We are looking for a commercially oriented Warehouse & Dispatch Manager to manage customer order execution from the warehouse through to final dispatch and invoicing. The role requires strong coordination skills across inventory, delivery documentation, transportation, SAP processing and commercial accuracy. The person must be fully available to work also from North Milan, depending on operational needs. Physical picking, loading and movement of goods will be performed by warehouse operators. Key Responsibilities - Customer Order Planning ? Review customer orders and plan dispatches based on stock availability, customer requirements and agreed delivery schedules. - Inventory Coordination ? Monitor stock availability in SAP and coordinate with warehouse operators to ensure correct material allocation and preparation. - Delivery Documentation ? Prepare delivery notes/challans, DDTs and all required dispatch and transportation documents. - Transporter Management ? Arrange transportation, coordinate pickup/delivery schedules and maintain strong relationships with transporters. - Freight Negotiation & Control ? Obtain and negotiate freight quotations, select transport options and monitor transportation costs. - SAP Processing ? Manage SAP activities related to deliveries, dispatches, goods movements and invoicing. - Customer Invoicing ? Prepare accurate customer invoices in SAP, ensuring correct prices, quantities, VAT and commercial conditions. - Dispatch Coordination ? Coordinate with Customer Service/Sales, warehouse operators and transporters to ensure timely and correct dispatches. - Commercial & Inventory Controls ? Monitor pending orders, undelivered quantities, discrepancies, documentation and invoicing status; resolve exceptions promptly. - Reporting & Coordination ? Maintain dispatch, freight and inventory reports; coordinate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service and Management. Candidate Profile • Experience in commercial operations, order management, dispatch, logistics coordination, inventory control or accounting‑related warehouse operations. • Strong working knowledge of SAP (sales, delivery, inventory and invoicing processes). • Solid understanding of customer invoicing, VAT, delivery documentation and commercial transactions. • Experience negotiating with transporters/logistics companies. • Good understanding of inventory and order‑to‑invoice processes. • Good working knowledge of English. • Italian language highly desirable. • Strong Excel and general computer skills. • High accuracy and attention to commercial documentation. • Ability to independently coordinate multiple customer orders and priorities. • Availability to work also from North Milan when required. Cross‑Border Finance Operations Our client, an international industrial company with operations in Switzerland and Italy, is looking for an Accounts Manager to strengthen its cross‑border Finance & Accounts function. The role combines hands‑on accounting, VAT management, and banking operations across two jurisdictions. The position is hired under a Swiss employment contract, with operational involvement also from the Italian office located in the North Milan area.
