The Product Lifecycle Management provides dedicated capacity to enable launch and lifecycle execution across new market launches, product variations, and supply-readiness activities. The role coordinates cross-functional inputs, maintains launch plans, tracks milestones, risks and deliverables, and prepares concise governance updates for management review. The position works closely with PLCM, Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, S&OP, Manufacturing and Distribution partners to keep execution aligned with approved launch strategies and business priorities. The role is expected to manage ambiguity, escalate constraints early, and document decisions, assumptions and lessons learned to strengthen launch excellence practices. Principal Accountabilities: - Coordinate day-to-day launch and lifecycle activities across Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, S&OP, Manufacturing and Distribution stakeholders. - Track dependencies and ensure actions are aligned with agreed launch strategy, readiness milestones and business priorities - Maintain detailed launch plans, milestone trackers and deliverable logs. - Confirm ownership, due dates and status updates, and prepare concise summaries for PLCM and governance forums. - Identify timeline, supply-readiness, regulatory or documentation constraints early. - Document risks, mitigations, decisions and escalation needs so management can act on clear options. Draft and maintain launch readiness updates, dashboard inputs, decision logs and briefing materials. - Convert complex cross-functional information into clear, executive-ready messages. Capture lessons learned, process gaps and recurring execution issues. - Recommend practical improvements to launch ways of working, templates and portfolio-level visibility. Minimum Experience Requirements - Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain, launch execution, lifecycle management, manufacturing coordination, project management or similar operational roles. - Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical or other regulated environments preferred. - Strong planning, stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills. - Able to reduce complex issues to key decisions and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. - Proficiency with planning, tracking and reporting tools such as Smartsheet, Power BI, Excel, SAP, Oracle or equivalent systems is an asset.
