Nell'ottica di rafforzamento della propria struttura, il nostro cliente ci ha incaricato di selezionare il seguente profilo professionale: Contabile fiduciario immobiliare 100% Responsabilità: - Gestione della contabilità di società di capitali, ditte individuali e persone fisiche svizzere. - Allestimento e chiusura autonoma di conti intermedi e annuali, predisposizione di bilanci, consolidati, preventivi e consuntivi. - Gestione degli adempimenti fiscali, incluse dichiarazioni d'imposta per persone fisiche e giuridiche, rendiconti IVA, imposta preventiva e altri obblighi fiscali. - Gestione delle pratiche amministrative del personale, comprese elaborazione stipendi, contratti di lavoro, certificati salariali e oneri sociali. - Redazione di verbali assembleari e della documentazione societaria. - Esecuzione di pagamenti tramite sistemi di e-banking. - Supporto alle attività amministrative e di segretariato. - Elaborazione dei conteggi delle spese accessorie per immobili in proprietà per piani (PPP) e immobili in locazione. - Gestione dei rapporti con clienti, autorità amministrative e altri interlocutori esterni. Requisiti: - Formazione commerciale o contabile (AFC o titolo equivalente) con comprovata esperienza nella contabilità svizzera. Costituiscono titolo preferenziale una formazione superiore in ambito contabile, fiscale o fiduciario (ad esempio Attestato professionale federale di Specialista in finanza e contabilità o diploma di Fiduciario/a). - Esperienza professionale pluriennale nella contabilità svizzera, preferibilmente presso una società fiduciaria e/o nel settore immobiliare. - Ottima conoscenza della contabilità generale e delle principali normative fiscali svizzere. - Esperienza nella gestione completa delle pratiche fiscali e degli adempimenti IVA. - Buona conoscenza dell'amministrazione del personale e dell'elaborazione degli stipendi. - Ottima padronanza degli strumenti informatici, in particolare Microsoft Office (Word, Excel e Outlook), nonché dei software contabili Esawin, QuickImmo e Banana. - Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana. - La conoscenza della lingua tedesca e/o inglese costituirà titolo preferenziale. - Precisione, affidabilità, autonomia operativa, ottime capacità organizzative, orientamento al problem solving e predisposizione al lavoro in team.
