Descrizione del ruolo:
La risorsa sarà il punto di riferimento operativo per la gestione delle attività di back office e supporto amministrativo. Si occuperà del coordinamento delle informazioni tra le diverse funzioni aziendali, del monitoraggio delle attività in corso e del supporto alla gestione documentale e organizzativa.
In particolare, contribuirà alla gestione dei flussi informativi interni ed esterni, al mantenimento aggiornato delle basi dati aziendali e al supporto operativo della direzione, garantendo precisione, ordine e continuità nei processi.
Principali attività:
Gestione della corrispondenza e dei contatti (email, telefonate, posta);
Supporto nella gestione delle richieste e comunicazioni con interlocutori esterni;
Aggiornamento e mantenimento dei dati nei sistemi gestionali aziendali;
Coordinamento delle informazioni tra le diverse funzioni interne;
Monitoraggio dello stato delle attività e aggiornamento delle relative informazioni operative;
Gestione e organizzazione della documentazione amministrativa e operativa;
Supporto nella pianificazione di appuntamenti e attività interne;
Supporto operativo alla direzione nelle attività quotidiane.
Requisiti:
Formazione commerciale o amministrativa (AFC impiegato/a di commercio o equivalente);
Esperienza di almeno 2?3 anni in ruolo analogo (back office, assistente amministrativa, office assistant);
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Familiarità con sistemi gestionali/CRM;
Buona dimestichezza con strumenti digitali;
Conoscenza dell‘inglese o di un‘altra lingua nazionale costituisce un plus;
Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità;
Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli;

About the Role
Our client, an international company operating in the energy trading sector, is seeking a Derivatives Trader to join its trading team. The role focuses on options trading and portfolio risk management, with particular exposure to European natural gas and cross-commodity products, including power and emissions.
The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, working closely with senior management and contributing directly to trading performance and strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities

- Réaliser les opérations de débit sur différents types de matériaux métalliques (acier, inox, aluminium)
- Utiliser les machines de découpe (scies à ruban, scies circulaires, perceuses, etc.)
- Lire et interpréter les plans de fabrication et les listes de débit
