Votre mission
Au sein du service des achats, vous contribuez à la gestion et à l‘optimisation des processus d‘approvisionnement dans le respect des règles et procédures des marchés publics.
À ce titre, vous serez amené·e à :
Gérer et assurer le suivi des dossiers d‘achats ainsi que des contrats fournisseurs.
Participer à la préparation et à la conduite des appels d‘offres, des consultations et des négociations avec les fournisseurs.
Analyser les besoins des services internes et préparer les commandes, bons d‘achat et contrats associés.
Veiller au suivi administratif des achats : facturation, conformité des prestations, respect des délais et gestion des éventuels litiges.
Assurer la mise à jour des bases de données fournisseurs et suivre les indicateurs de performance.
Collaborer étroitement avec les différents départements afin de garantir la qualité des prestations, la maîtrise des coûts et le respect des délais.
Préparer et mettre en forme des rapports, tableaux de bord et présentations liés aux activités achats.
Contribuer à l‘amélioration continue des processus et au respect du cadre réglementaire des marchés publics.
Votre profil
Titulaire d‘un CFC d‘employé·e de commerce, d‘un brevet fédéral d‘acheteur·se ou d‘une formation jugée équivalente.
Expérience confirmée dans le domaine des achats, idéalement dans un environnement public ou parapublic.
Excellente maîtrise du français à l‘oral comme à l‘écrit ; de bonnes connaissances de l‘anglais constituent un atout.
Bonne connaissance des procédures d‘achats et, idéalement, de la législation relative aux marchés publics.
Solides capacités d‘analyse, d‘organisation et de négociation.
Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés.
Sens des priorités, rigueur et capacité à respecter les échéances.
Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office, notamment Excel) et idéalement d‘un ERP.

Mandaté par l'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un assistant électricien (H/F)
Vos missions
Assister l'électricien dans la préparation et la réalisation des travaux d'installation électrique (câblage, raccordements, mise en place des équipements).
Participer au tirage de câbles, au montage de chemins de câbles et à la pose de conduits selon plans et consignes.
Effectuer des travaux de raccordement simples sous supervision (prises, interrupteurs, luminaires, boîtiers de dérivation).
Préparer le matériel et organiser le poste de travail afin d'assurer une exécution efficace et sécurisée.
Contrôler visuellement l'installation et signaler toute anomalie avant mise en service.
Contribuer à la maintenance et au dépannage de premier niveau sur des installations existantes.
Respecter strictement les règles de sécurité, les procédures internes et les normes en vigueur.
Assurer la propreté du chantier et le rangement du matériel en fin de journée.
Compétences et qualifications requises
Formation de base en électricité (CFC, AFP ou formation équivalente) ou expérience significative sur chantier.
Connaissance des installations électriques et des principes de câblage (lecture de schémas et repérage des composants).
Capacité à travailler en sécurité sur site et à appliquer les consignes HSE.
Bonne compréhension des exigences de qualité et de conformité des installations.
Habileté manuelle et sens du détail pour les travaux de montage et de raccordement.
Autonomie opérationnelle dans les tâches confiées et esprit d'équipe.
Permis de conduire valide (atout selon organisation des déplacements).
