Notre client, un groupe d‘ingénierie en forte croissance, recherche un(e) Responsable Comptable afin d‘accompagner la structuration et l‘harmonisation de ses activités en Suisse romande.
Dans un contexte de développement et de réorganisation, vous prendrez progressivement la responsabilité de plusieurs entités suisses et jouerez un rôle clé dans la mise en place de processus comptables fiables et harmonisés.
Vos responsabilités
Prendre en charge l‘ensemble de la comptabilité générale de plusieurs sociétés suisses.
Reprendre progressivement les activités comptables actuellement assurées par des collaborateurs administratifs.
Structurer, formaliser et optimiser les processus comptables.
Garantir la qualité des clôtures mensuelles et annuelles.
Assurer les reportings financiers destinés au groupe.
Piloter la trésorerie et participer à l‘élaboration des budgets.
Superviser les déclarations fiscales ainsi que les relations avec les fiduciaires et les auditeurs.
Participer aux travaux de consolidation et aux réconciliations inter-sociétés.
Accompagner la transformation de l‘organisation comptable dans le cadre de l‘évolution des filiales suisses.
Votre profil
Formation supérieure en comptabilité ou finance.
Minimum 10 ans d‘expérience en comptabilité générale en Suisse.
Expérience dans le secteur de la construction, de l‘ingénierie ou d‘un environnement de projets techniques (bureau d‘études, ingénierie, BTP) indispensable.
Expérience en clôtures comptables et reporting.
À l‘aise dans des environnements en évolution et avec la mise en place de nouveaux processus.
Expérience avec un ERP (Sage étant un atout).
Français courant et bon niveau d‘anglais.
Une expérience dans un environnement multi-sociétés ou au sein d‘un groupe international constitue un réel avantage.

La risorsa opererà in affiancamento al Direttore Amministrativo ed avrà un ruolo centrale nelle attività di gestione delle attività amministrative e contabili delle società del gruppo con focus sull'ottimizzazione dei processi, digitalizzazione, analisi dei dati, controllo di gestione e supporto allo sviluppo del business.
Sarà inoltre coinvolta anche nella gestione amministrativa degli immobili aziendali e privati, nonché in attività di supporto alla direzione.
Principali attività:
Contabilità e amministrazione:
Gestione amministrativa e contabile di tutte le società del gruppo, con attività essenziali:
- registrazione creditori, debitori e contabilità generale
- preparazione ed elaborazione pagamenti
- registrazione in COGE
- chiusure di bilancio periodiche
- definizione e controllo di obiettivi periodici
- elaborazione di budget
- dichiarazioni IVA
- elaborazione dei report finanziari
- sviluppo della contabilità analitica e controllo di gestione
Ottimizzazione dei processi e digitalizzazione
- analisi dei processi aziendali per individuare inefficienze
- progettazione e implementazione di soluzioni digitali, automazioni e soluzioni basate su intelligenza artificiale
- revisione e semplificazione dei flussi operativi
- standardizzazione delle procedure tra le società del gruppo
- sviluppo di strumenti digitali (dashboard, workflow, modelli) per migliorare la qualità dei dati e la velocità operativa
Controllo di gestione e supporto allo sviluppo del business

Gestione immobiliare:
- Amministrazione degli immobili aziendali e privati della società
Attività generali e di supporto:
- Svolgimento di compiti amministrativi e gestionali assegnati dalla direzione

Requisiti:
Circa 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo
In possesso di attestato di Contabile Federale o titolo equivalente
Conoscenza del software contabile Planet (costituisce un titolo preferenziale)
