On behalf of a Swiss EU-GMP certified pharmaceutical cannabis company, we are seeking an experienced Cultivation Director to lead the launch and development of a high-quality medical cannabis cultivation and manufacturing operation. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in establishing a sustainable cultivation program supplying pharmaceutical-grade cannabis products to the Swiss and international medical markets.

Key Requirements

✔ Fluent English (native-level preferred)

✔ Several years of hands-on medical cannabis cultivation experience

✔ Strong expertise in plant genetics and cultivation systems

✔ Proven experience operating within highly regulated medical cannabis or pharmaceutical environments

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Implement proprietary cultivation systems and genetics

🔹 Establish and maintain Swiss-compliant cultivation SOPs

🔹 Recruit, train, and develop the cultivation workforce

🔹 Oversee initial cultivation and production cycles

🔹 Ensure pharmaceutical-grade quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance
