Chemical Engineer
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develops manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
- Studies operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine worker functions and responsibilities.
- Formulates complex sampling procedures and designs special or ad-hoc forms and instructions for nonstandard recording, evaluating, and reporting.
- Applies advanced statistical methods and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
- Applies verbal and written communication skills in periodic and special reports and presentations both internally and with customers.
- Performs analytical problem-solving and utilizes structured decision-making skills.
Your profile:

Engineering degree or diploma in a technical matter: mechanical engineering, Chemistry, or Automation.

Knowledge in Surface treatments such as Anodizing, Electropolish, Tumbling, Blasting is a plus.

Ability to utilize oral communication, presentation, and technical writing skills to accomplish departmental goals and objectives.

Ability to work with a multi-skilled team.
-
Fluent in communication in Italian and English, German is preferred.

Using MS Office, SAP, Agile and Windchill is a plus.

Responsabilità principali

Monitoraggio costante delle tendenze di mercato e analisi della concorrenza.

Analisi periodica dei dati di vendita e supporto alla definizione delle strategie commerciali di area.

Gestione dei processi amministrativi legati alla vendita tramite i sistemi gestionali aziendali.
Requisiti

Esperienza: Consolidata esperienza commerciale (2-3 anni) preferibilmente maturata nel settore Energy o in ambiti affini ad alta complessità.

Competenze: Forti capacità di negoziazione e visione strategica della supply chain.

Lingue: Ottima padronanza dell'Italiano e buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese. La conoscenza del Tedesco sarà considerata un plus.

Scopo della Posizione
Il candidato riporterà direttamente all'Engineering Manager e avrà la responsabilità del coordinamento del personale di manutenzione, oltre a gestire come Project Manager gli investimenti per il rinnovo e il miglioramento degli impianti di produzione e dello stabilimento.
Responsabilità principali

Coordinamento dei vari reparti e dei fornitori esterni per definire modalità e tempistiche degli interventi di manutenzione e riparazione.

Supervisione di consulenti e ditte esterne incaricate di eseguire lavori di manutenzione, calibrazione e collaudo.

Ottimizzazione delle prestazioni degli impianti e gestione dei software per la raccolta dati.

Predisposizione e aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica (disegni, protocolli, SOP di manutenzione e produzione).

Collaborazione con i reparti Produzione, QA e HSE nelle attività di controllo, audit e ispezione.

Gestione del magazzino ricambi di manutenzione e del sistema di allarmi remoti (servizio di picchetto).
Requisiti

Formazione universitaria in Ingegneria Industriale.

Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in una posizione analoga, preferibilmente in azienda chimico-farmaceutica.

Competenze specifiche nella manutenzione di macchinari di produzione, impianti HVAC, impianti termici (caldaie, chiller) e impianti chimici di processo.
-
Conoscenza delle normative cGMP (Change, CAPA, Deviazioni) e degli standard HSE.

Buona padronanza della lingua inglese (parlata e scritta).

Utente avanzato del pacchetto MS Office e conoscenza di livello intermedio di AutoCAD.

Quality Engineer
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the team that is dedicated to New Product introduction: participate to Design transfer meetings and provide input to DFMEA
- Ensure CTQ cascade from Design input up to the inspection plan
- Develop appropriate measurement systems (Gages) for ongoing product inspection
- Plan and execute Test Method validation (TMV).
- Actively participate in Engineering Studies for process characterization: collect data and execute/conduct various analytical/statistical analyses and interpretation as part of process improvements and day-to-day support
- Collaborate with projects for process improvement and automation implementation
- Develop control plans consistent with product classification, potential defect types,
defect frequency
- Review and release Production Risk Management documentation
- Produce reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
Your profile:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in the technical matter (Biomedical/Mechanical/ Automation engineering)
- Minimum of 3 years of analogous working experience in a manufacturing environment ( Medical Device, pharmaceutical, automotive preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in a highly regulated environment (knowledge of standards such as ISO13485, CFR 21 part 820, MDR)
- Knowledge of Six Sigma techniques and/or inferential statistical techniques is required
- MS Office, Agile, and Windchill is a plus
