Manpower Ticino is currently recruiting an E-Commerce Manager on behalf of a valued client, a fast-growing and dynamic company operating in an evolving market environment.

Purpose:

The role will be responsible for managing and developing the e-commerce channel, with a strong focus on commercial performance, customer experience, digital marketing, and operational coordination.

The E-commerce Manager will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, Customer Service, and Operations teams, contributing to the growth of the digital business and the evolution of the omnichannel ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the e-commerce strategy in line with company objectives.

  • Monitor and optimize website performance and key digital KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and retention.

  • Coordinate digital marketing activities together with agencies and external partners.

  • Manage the online commercial calendar and promotional activities.

  • Oversee online merchandising, content management, and customer journey optimization.

  • Collaborate with Operations and Inventory teams to ensure product availability and efficient order fulfillment.

  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

  • Coordinate external technology partners and suppliers.

  • Support CRM and loyalty strategy development.

  • Contribute to the optimization of customer experience and omnichannel processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce roles.

  • Previous experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer goods environments is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of B2C e-commerce dynamics.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.

  • Strong data-driven and performance-oriented mindset.

  • Project management and cross-functional coordination skills.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages an advantage.
