Manpower Ticino is currently recruiting an Inventory Manager on behalf of a valued client, a fast-growing and dynamic company operating in an evolving market environment.

Purpose:
The role will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management and warehouse flow control, balancing product availability, stock levels, inventory rotation, and commercial performance.
The Inventory Manager will work closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and E-commerce teams, contributing to the implementation of structured processes and advanced forecasting tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze stock levels, inventory availability, and product rotation.

Define replenishment and product allocation strategies according to demand and commercial priorities.

Develop sales forecasts and inventory planning activities.

Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure product availability and optimize lead times.

Analyze inventory management KPIs such as sell-through, stock coverage, ageing stock, stock turn, and OTB.

Support buying and merchandising teams through quantitative analysis.

Identify critical issues and implement corrective actions to reduce overstock and stock-outs.

Contribute to the definition and standardization of inventory control processes.

Prepare periodic reporting for management.

Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure accurate online product availability
Requirements:

4?6 years of experience in similar roles within fashion, retail, lifestyle, or FMCG companies.

Strong knowledge of inventory planning and supply chain dynamics.

Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.

Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management tools.

Knowledge of key retail and wholesale KPIs.

Analytical mindset, precision, and problem-solving attitude.

Ability to work effectively in dynamic and evolving environments.

Fluent in English; additional European languages an advantage.
