For our client, an international company in the pharmaceutical sector, we are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Logistics & Warehouse Specialist for a temporary assignment of 1 year.
For our client, an international company in the pharmaceutical sector, we are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Logistics & Warehouse Specialist for a temporary assignment of 1 year.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure all logistical activities for the daily operation of laboratories and office areas
- Manage laboratory supplies and inventories
- Perform warehouse management tasks such as requisition, restocking, 6S and Kanban activities
- Coordinate logistics of pharmaceutical samples and technical materials according to internal procedures
- Organize analytical and technical shipments
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Maintain close cooperation with suppliers
- Support and coordinate projects within logistics and warehousing
Your Profile
- Degree or apprenticeship in Logistics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics or Warehouse operations
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of German
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
Additional Information
- Temporary assignment for 1 year
- Start date: 01.07.2026
