For one of our client we are currently looking for an IT Analyst.


Your day-to-day

You will be responsible for the support and maintenance of commercial systems (consumer database solutions, retailer applications, digital platforms, and mobile apps). You will apply service management practices while providing support to commercial teams such as field forces and contact center agents, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with business objectives.

  • Provide technical support to internal teams
  • Manage the ticketing system, ensuring requests and resolutions are accurately tracked and up to date
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues
  • Apply service management methodologies and usability best practices
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and provide guidance on IT-related business matters
  • Utilize specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications, and software
  • Support system integrations and enhancements
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and procedures
  • Coordinate support activities at both local and global levels when required
  • Communicate maintenance plans and system upgrade schedules
  • Resolve complex issues by analyzing root causes and facilitating effective solutions

Who we're looking for

Must have

  • Analytical mindset and strong team spirit, with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 3?5 years of experience in supporting IT systems and services
  • Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to engage with non-IT stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business language
  • Experience with data analytics and transactional sales systems is an asset
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

  • Good understanding of current and emerging technologies
  • Strong digital skills, including customer support, engagement, and communication tools
  • Experience with mobile app deployment and digital/CRM solutions
  • Knowledge of UX and application design principles
  • Interest in digital marketing, including social media and content creation
  • Results-driven mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution and support transformation initiatives
  • Detail-oriented with a strong customer and commercial focus
  • Advanced stakeholder, partner management, and negotiation skills
  • French and/or German is a plus
