What you can expect from us
Lead Engineer role for your customer portfolio
- Main technical responsibility for assigned customers (including deputy)
- Comprehensive support and continuous development of IT environments
- Close collaboration with Engineering and Service Management for comprehensive customer support
Handling customer requests
- Analysis, prioritization and sustainable resolution of incidents, requests and changes
- Structured error analysis and troubleshooting across multiple system levels
- Ensuring high service quality and stable customer environments
Direct exchange at the customer's site
- Occasional on-site deployments directly at the customer's location
- Insight into the real-world use of IT environments in everyday work
- The ability to understand and further develop solutions directly within the customer context.
Further development, standardization & automation
- Identification of optimization potential in customer environments and processes
- Standardization of recurring processes
- Automation to increase efficiency and quality
- Use of AI in everyday operations
- Identification of AI use cases in ticket processing and operations
- Co-design and implementation of automations with AI support
- Active development of team working methods through new technologies
Projects
- Participation in projects and independent implementation of sub-projects
- Support in the introduction of new solutions and services
What you bring
- Training in the field of computer science (systems engineering / platform development)
- Several years of experience in IT operations or systems engineering
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure) and infrastructure
- Experience in troubleshooting and dealing with complex system landscapes
- Initial experience in automation, standardization and new technologies (e.g. AI)
- Customer-oriented thinking and clear communication
- Independent, structured work style and sense of responsibility
- Driving licence category B
- Excellent German skills and good English skills
