For our client, an international pharmaceutical/biotech company based in Visp, we are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented:

CAPEX Project Buyer (a)

In this exciting role, you will support CAPEX projects through operational procurement activities and work closely with Engineering, Project Management, Quality, and Finance teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Support operational procurement activities within CAPEX projects
• Prepare and manage purchase orders in SAP
• Track order confirmations, deliveries, and invoice alignment
• Support RFQ and sourcing processes including bid comparisons and documentation
• Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery timelines, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, GMP, and EHS requirements
• Maintain transparent and audit-ready procurement documentation
• Support project schedule adherence and cost tracking at order level

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business
• Initial experience in operational procurement or supply chain preferred
• Strong CAPEX experience is mandatory
• Experience in technical or engineering environments is an advantage
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
• SAP experience is preferred
• Fluent English is required
• German is strongly preferred for interaction with local stakeholders
