We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative for an important and fast-growing international client, operating in a dynamic and highly competitive environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional support to customers via email, phone, and chat in English, German, and French
  • Handle inquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and product information
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, sales, operations) to ensure smooth order processing
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and customer experience
  • Support peak periods and contribute to team targets and service level agreements (SLAs)

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, German, and French (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office tools
  • Team-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach

Nice to Have

  • Experience in an international or multilingual environment
  • Familiarity with order management or e-commerce platforms
