About the role
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a motivated Junior HR Business Partner to support the HR function in a dynamic and international environment. You will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, contributing to the delivery of effective HR solutions and processes.


Location: Visp, Switzerland (on-site min. 4 days/week)
Start date: 03/08/2026
Duration: Temporary assignment until 31/12/2026 (possibility of extension)


Your responsibilities

  • Act as an HR partner, providing guidance to managers and employees on people-related topics
  • Support talent management, performance development, employee engagement, and workforce planning
  • Contribute to the implementation of local HR strategies aligned with global objectives
  • Coordinate HR administrative processes and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the global HR network
  • Track and analyze HR KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support or lead HR projects (recruitment, performance management, talent development, rewards)
  • Assist in organizational development initiatives and change management
  • Coach line managers on HR-related topics and best practices

Your profile

  • 2?3 years of experience in HR, ideally in an HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Fluency in English and German (mandatory)
  • Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR operations
  • Familiarity with HR systems and data reporting tools
  • Structured, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar
