MSAT Cleaning Validation Expert (m/f/d) ? 100% | Visp

Manpower is currently looking for a MSAT Cleaning Validation Expert on behalf of our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company based in Visp.


Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute equipment cleaning validation activities (CIP, COP, USP, DSP, buffer/media systems)
  • Author and review validation protocols, reports, and GMP SOPs
  • Support execution of cleaning validation, including parts washer (COP) validation
  • Ensure compliant implementation of validated cleaning processes in manufacturing
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with MSAT, QA, QC, Manufacturing, and R&D
  • Perform impact assessments for deviations, changes, and technical change requests (DRs, CRs, TCRs)
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert in cleaning validation projects
  • Support customer and regulatory inspections (FDA, EMA)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of cleaning validation practices

Your Profile

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in GMP cleaning validation within pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Hands-on experience with equipment cleaning validation (CIP, COP, USP, DSP)
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA)
  • Experience with deviation and change management processes
  • Excellent documentation and data analysis skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Fluent in English (German is an advantage)
