Project Engineer ? Manufacturing & Process Optimization (Pharma/Biotech)  

Your Responsibilities

Technical Project Management (approx. 60%)

• Plan and execute small to mid-sized investment projects with direct impact on production and business performance
• Perform process engineering calculations and optimize plant operations
• Conduct feasibility studies for new installations or modifications, including cost estimation, scheduling, and functionality assessment
• Support production adjustments and product launches
• Ensure responsibility for project costs, timelines, and performance

Concept Development (20%)

• Develop and evaluate technical solutions, including analysis of advantages and disadvantages

Team Coordination & Resource Management (10%)

• Organize and coordinate internal and external resources for timely and professional project execution

Process Optimization & Knowledge Transfer (10%)

• Optimize process flows and implement improvements
• Ensure effective transfer of know-how

Your Profile

• Technical degree (Bachelor or Master preferred) in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Bioengineering, or Chemical Engineering
• Experience in technical project management within an industrial environment (pharma or chemical industry is a strong advantage)
• Strong analytical skills and excellent understanding of complex processes
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Innovative mindset and ability to work in a matrix organization
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
