ER Services Sagl is seeking a Product Specialist on behalf of its client, a company specialized in Clinical Laboratory Information Systems, based in Ticino.
The selected candidate will develop in-depth knowledge of the company's Laboratory Information System, including its implementation, configuration, and support processes. Leveraging both technical and analytical skills, the Product Specialist will collaborate with the company's distributors and customers to design and adapt the system configuration according to user requirements.
The role also involves delivering advanced training sessions, supporting system go-live phases, and ensuring effective post-go-live support activities.
In addition, the candidate will act as a Technical Project Manager, responsible for analyzing and defining customer project requirements, planning implementation activities, setting milestones, monitoring project progress, coordinating involved team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or Biomedical Engineering
• Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level – spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Availability to work remotely
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Nice to have
• German language proficiency
• Knowledge of clinical laboratory workflows
