One our clients is seeking an experienced Accountant,

Full-time permanent position

Will be required to be onsite in Nafels, Switzerland

Fluent German


This client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join the Corporate Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting processes, and contributing to data-driven decision-making across the business.


Main responsibilities:


  • Manage day-to-day accounting, including journal entries, general ledger, and reconciliations
  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely invoicing and payments
  • Handle VAT, payroll taxes, and other regulatory filings
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports, KPIs, and variances
  • Monitor costs, support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on financial matters
  • Contribute to process improvements and finance system enhancements

Skills and requirements:


  • Diploma in Finance & Accounting (e.g., Swiss Federal Diploma or equivalent HF qualification)
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience in Switzerland
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
