Technical Sales Engineer (M/F)  

An international engineering company specialising in high-precision industrial equipment is currently looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to support its continued growth across Ireland and the United Kingdom.

This role combines technical expertise and commercial responsibility, working closely with industrial clients to develop tailored solutions and drive market expansion.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Ireland and the UK
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Promote and sell high-precision industrial solutions to manufacturing clients
• Conduct regular client visits to understand operational needs and propose tailored technical solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate pricing and contractual terms
• Track sales activities, report performance, and contribute to market development initiatives
• Work closely with technical and service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs when required

• Previous experience in technical sales, ideally within industrial equipment, manufacturing technologies, or engineering solutions
• Technical background or strong interest in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technologies, or CNC environments
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working independently
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Ireland and the UK
