Senior Prototype & Pre-Industrialisation Manager – Precision Industry (M/F)  

We are supporting a growing industrial SME specialised in high-precision manufacturing. The company develops technically demanding products and is strengthening its prototype and pre-industrialisation activities to support innovation, reliability and long-term growth.

The culture is clearly SME-driven: short decision-making processes, strong technical involvement from management and a hands-on mindset.

Reporting directly to top management, you will lead all prototype and pre-series activities. You will act as a key interface between R&D, production and quality, ensuring a smooth and robust transition from development to industrial production.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading prototype development, testing and validation phases
• Structuring prototype and pre-industrialisation workflows
• Supporting the transition from prototype to series production
• Providing hands-on technical expertise on complex topics
• Contributing to technical and industrial decision-making
• Acting as a reference for prototype and pre-series activities

You have senior experience in prototyping, R&D or industrialisation within a precision manufacturing environment. You combine technical expertise with a pragmatic and structured approach.
