Per un'importante realtà attiva nel settore assicurativo-sanitario, ricerchiamo una figura di Capogruppo a supporto del Centro di competenze dedicato alla verifica delle prestazioni ambulatoriali.
La persona avrà la responsabilità della gestione del proprio team e dell'organizzazione delle attività operative, assicurando qualità, puntualità e aderenza agli obiettivi aziendali.


Responsabilità principali
  • Gestione del team: selezione, formazione, valutazione, sviluppo e, quando necessario, gestione di cessazioni.
  • Raggiungimento degli obiettivi di gruppo e contributo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi del Centro di competenze.
  • Organizzazione delle attività quotidiane in coordinamento con gli altri gruppi presenti a livello svizzero.
  • Conduzione di meeting regolari e comunicazione interna al team.
  • Coordinamento con i gruppi e le interfacce collegate all'interno del Centro di competenze.
  • Gestione del processo di valutazione delle performance annuali in collaborazione con la Direzione.
  • Partecipazione attiva ai meeting manageriali e ai progetti di miglioramento organizzativo.
  • Ottimizzazione continua di processi e procedure operative.
  • Elaborazione autonoma di soluzioni e proposte migliorative.
  • Supporto a progetti trasversali a livello di Centro di competenze, reparto e divisione aziendale.
  • Gestione di incarichi speciali su richiesta della Direzione.

Requisiti
  • Esperienza pluriennale nella gestione di team.
  • Spiccate capacità organizzative, analitiche e decisionali.
  • Ottima resistenza allo stress e capacità di definire priorità operative.
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative, sia scritte che verbali, in italiano e almeno una seconda lingua tra tedesco e francese.
  • Forte senso di responsabilità, orientamento agli obiettivi e metodo di lavoro autonomo, rapido e preciso.
  • Spirito d'iniziativa, flessibilità e predisposizione al lavoro di gruppo.
  • Esperienza minima di 5 anni nell'ambito assicurativo sociale o malattia, preferibilmente nel settore prestazioni.
