To reinforce my client's team, I am looking for a Senior Infrastructure and Service Desk Technician; in Fribourg. Permanent contract, 100% on site. 

Responsibilities 

You will be part of a multicultural and collaborative team, managing the infrastructure of the all group. 

Your missions are: 

- The role is 50% 1st tier support and 50% 2nd tier support 

- Responsible for overseeing the work of 1st tier support and if needed escalating to 2nd and 3rd tier 

- Daily operations like maintaining our global IT infrastructure with the rest of the team, additionally responding queries via chat, email, or phone 

- Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues 

- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal IT disciplines to implement solutions and ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes. 

- Keeping our IT perimeter, data and users secure by staying up-to-date with the current global situation and working with the business and internal security team. 

Qualifications and technical skills 

Preferred qualifications 

Bachelor's degree in computer science, equivalent education or experience 

Requirements 

You have at least 3 years of experience a helpdesk technician. 

Main Skills: 

- Microsoft Server operating systems and Active Directory 

   o Exchange 

   o SQL Server 

   o SharePoint 

- Microsoft 365 environment 

- Citrix virtual desktops and applications 

- Networking (switching, routing, firewalls) 

You will be working in English, so you must be fluent!

Position: Are you a senior private banking assistant/junior banker looking to move? An opportunity for a Swiss, European or International markets private banking, senior assistant/junior banker with good experience. A rare chance to inherit a portfolio in 3 to 4 years as well as develop your own portfolio. Supporting a senior banker of long-standing tenure at the bank for Swiss clients. You will have built up your experience ideally at a large Swiss bank as a senior assistant/junior relationship manager classic career track (managing Swiss clients) and you are now looking to join somewhere more human-sized where you can have increased responsibility over time and more visibility. Whilst is not necessary to bring clients, you should have the flair, talent and capacity to be able to help grow the book, of clients that are actively invested, as well as be able to identify new relationship leads and opportunities.
