La risorsa sarà il punto di riferimento interno per gli adempimenti FATCA, QI e AEOI/CRS, garantendo la corretta gestione dei processi di classificazione della clientela, reporting e controllo della qualità dei dati. Completano il ruolo la gestione delle segnalazioni tramite goAML e il supporto alla funzione Compliance per le attività di onboarding, della verifica delle transazioni a rischio superiore e della revisione periodica della clientela. Compiti e responsabilità - Assicurare la corretta e tempestiva gestione degli adempimenti normativi relativi a FATCA, QI e AEOI/CRS, garantendo il rispetto della normativa svizzera e internazionale; - gestire l'intero processo di reporting regolamentare, incluse l'estrazione, la riconciliazione, la validazione e l'analisi dei dati necessari alla predisposizione delle segnalazioni FATCA, QI e AEOI/CRS; - verificare la correttezza e la completezza della documentazione fiscale della clientela, assicurando la corretta classificazione fiscale di persone fisiche ed entità ai fini FATCA, QI e AEOI/CRS; - monitorare la qualità dei dati utilizzati ai fini del reporting regolamentare e collaborare con le varie funzioni per l'implementazione dei controlli; - in qualità di "persona di contatto" dell'IRS e titolare degli accessi alla relativa piattaforma informatica, assicurare che le informazioni e i dati di registrazione della Banca e delle società del gruppo presso l'IRS siano corretti; - pianificare e gestire in prima istanza la review periodica triennale FATCA/ QI affidata a terzi indipendenti;  - fungere da "persona di contatto" della AFC per l'AEOI e per FATCA Group Request; - svolgere la valutazione delle relazioni clientela classificate ad alto rischio e delle relazioni con Persone Politicamente Esposte (PEP) in fase di apertura, mediante l'analisi della documentazione KYC e la verifica della sua completezza, accuratezza e plausibilità; - rivedere i dossier clienti per garantire la conformità a requisiti normativi e policy interne, con identificazione di eventuali criticità e definizione di misure correttive per clientela esistente (persone fisiche e giuridiche); - supportare e fornire consulenza al Front Office in materia di AML, KYC, CDB20 e altre tematiche di compliance, nell'ambito di onboarding e revisioni periodiche; - gestire le segnalazioni di sospetto di riciclaggio di denaro o finanziamento al terrorismo al MROS tramite goAML; monitoraggio delle relazioni segnalate e dei relativi termini di risposta; - gestire le richieste di informazioni al MROS; - condividere best practices e contribuire alla formazione del Front Office su tematiche AML/KYC; - svolgere il ruolo di Key User Compliance per gli applicativi di competenza, partecipando ai test funzionali e alla validazione degli aggiornamenti informatici.  Requisiti chiave della funzione - Formazione universitaria in Economia, Giurisprudenza o discipline affini; - formazione specialistica in ambito Compliance (es. CAS/DAS o equivalente) o disponibilità a conseguirla; - solida conoscenza del quadro normativo svizzero (FINMA) e delle principali tematiche regolatorie (AML, sanzioni, FATCA/CRS, ecc.); - esperienza consolidata (5 anni+) in Compliance nel settore bancario svizzero preferibilmente nel private banking, soprattutto in ambito FATCA, QI e AEOI/CRS, nonché esperienza in materia AML/CDB e Transactions Monitoring & Investigations; - ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana (livello C1/C2) e inglese fluente; altre lingue costituiscono titolo preferenziale; - padronanza degli strumenti MS Office e capacità di elaborazione ed analisi dati; - approccio professionale, pragmatico e orientato alla soluzione e capacità di lavorare efficacemente in un contesto dinamico; - eccellenti capacità organizzative, relazionali e comunicative; - elevata integrità, senso di responsabilità e indipendenza di giudizio; - precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e capacità di gestire attività operative con scadenze ravvicinate, mantenendo elevati standard qualitativi; - residenza in Svizzera.
